Couldnt find any traces of any theme. So I think WPyogi is right: it looks like a custom job.

Find a theme that is close to what you want – start here:

These forums only support themes from there, but you could also look at commercial themes – these are the only recommended vendors:

If you use a supported one, then you can ask specific questions here and likely get help, but extensive custom work is usually outside what’s possible here.

It looks custom theme. Some of the closer themes can be seen in wordpress marketplace sites, if you are trying to find one.
