 * I would like to ask you for help, I just can not set up a WordPress Permalink
   form 404.
 * Advanced Permalinks plugin installed and still does not work. If you can tell
   in the sequence of all I have to do that would earn these Permalink.

 * Maybe… But as I said the default settings in WordPress work well.

 * **You have a rewrite issue on your local server.** Repeating the same thing all
   of the time will not change that.

 * Since you locally there is change to be made in apache what server are you using
   locally
