    You have introduced an error into the theme. Re-upload a fresh, unpacked, copy of the theme's folder to wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    In future, do not edit the theme itself. First create a child theme for your changes. Or install a custom CSS plugin.

    Hi Esmy
    I find out how to upload the theme files. Shold i replace the exsisting files or just install the theme again?

    Replacing the existing files should be sufficient.

    Have you read this?
    http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes#RTL_support

    Basically, you add this on your child-theme style.css

    @import url("../frontier/rtl.css");
