    When I click on some Help pages Like (Read the Upgrade Guide)
    I receive a blank page that says. “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
    However, all other plugin pages work.

    I ran all the Migrate/Update options in your plugin tools and still have the same issue. I have the latest version of WordPress and Plugins (including yours)

    However, on my local dev machine it works fine, but on Production is does not.
    I copied all the files and DB from Production to my local machine so there is no different in database or files. I ran all the same Update/Upgrade functions on both machines.

    Would you have any clue as to what might be happening or where I should first look.

    Have you customised your User role capabilities?

    Try logging in as an admin user and running the Reset Permissions tool.

    Yes, I have done that, I am logging in as an Administrator. I have even ran with Option key. Still no luck.

    To view the Help pages, you need the following capabilities (depending on the help page being viewed):

    edit_posts
    edit_others_posts
    manage_options

    Can you verify the user role has these capabilities?

    Yes, that is confirmed. In Fact all capabilities are enabled for Administrator.

    Does this only happen on the Welcome pages?

    Yep!
    Same thing works on my Local Dev, but not on Production.
    PHP is the same version.
    Both are using Nginx.
