help on turning text changes permanent / not on-the-fly

hello and thanks for such a good plugin.

i’ve been using it in many sites but in the current one i’m suffering from big loss of performances from many plugins used, and i’m trying to cut down their impact. i’ve seen say what listed in my plugin performance scan and since i know it works on the fly, i was wondering if i could somewhat turn the changes into something more “permanent”, like say not having the changes done everytime the page loads. can you help me with this one? 🙂
