help on problem with OceanWP – IgniteUP

    Please have a look at http://www.boosasa.com
    You will see a timer is running. The back ground color is white. But due to an underlaying ‘screen(?)’, is’t grey now.
    scroll down and you’ll see 2 little crosses and the word ‘Basket’
    Basket belongs to the shop.
    I asked IgniteUP to change the color of the DAYS, HOURS etc, and of the words ‘COMING SOON’ but they say it has nothing to do with IgniteUp. I received this answer:
    “Sorry to see you are facing issues.
    We have checked your website, and found there’s a CSS code that coming from your WP theme or another plugin.
    The color you see is from that code.
    You have to work on that yourself to fix the issue.”

    Can you help me please.

    Hello,

    No, it is not because of the OceanWP. I checked the code and all the styling are coming from the igniteup and it is also using the igniteup template. Does it work with other themes?

    You asked me ‘Does it work with other themes?’
    I switched from OceanWP to Astra.
    Problem is solved,
    But switching over to OceanWP (which I like, which I want) it’s back again. Sorry to tell you. Please help.

    And this is how it is on a phone. Here the word ‘Basket’ and ’No products in the basket’ is now on top.

    You can use tools like Dropbox, Imgur to share the screenshot. It is not allowed here to contacting by email, it is against the forum guidelines. Hope you understand it.
