  • Did you install this or did someone else install this for you? Because Admin limited you to an unusual role with ability to import and export but not write post. I see where you installed your blog with the default theme.

    1. IF you uploaded any plugins … disable all plugins by renaming/deleting plugin folders in your server. Usually disabled in dashboard, but since you don’t even have that functionality. Then log-in and see if you have the dashboard per video above. If that doesn’t work …
    2. Download another copy of WP 2.7. Unzip to computer and FTP/upload to your server. Then, make a visual check that all files and folders have been uploaded – takes 5 minutes. Then log in and check dashboard. If that doesn’t work …
    3. Check database via phpMyAdmin. This link is for resetting admin password and to check whether there is admin user established in db. I recommend changing password, follow the instructions.
