# Help needed with mobile

 * Hello,
    I installed your plugin looking to optimise my site, and I accidentally
   selected “Generate separate files for mobile devices”. I cannot see my website
   now on my mobile since obviously I do not have different files for this, so I
   unchecked and nothing happens, I still cannot see my site. What should I do? (
   I’m not a developer) Please help!

   you please try to purge the cache and then preload the urls and check if it helps
   to fix the issue?

 * Hello, I tried that and it didn’t work. Only way to show my mobile site is to
   deactivate the plugin

   Optimize > Cache and check if it helps?
