Help needed to add 4 boxes in 2 rows

    Hi guys,
    I am trying to add 4 red boxes so I can add a title and text in them.
    I want 2 and 2.
    A site I’ve seen that has the four boxes but different colours is http://www.theleafletdeliverycompany.co.uk
    I’ve tried a few plugins but can’t get it right.
    Any help will be great fully received.
    I’m using weaverII theme.
