Need a plug-in to let visitors upload photos

Hi, I’m developing an outdoor company’s website and I’d like to add a feature that will let visitors upload their ad so they can visualize how it will look like. It looks something like in APN Outdoor: http://www.apnoutdoor.com.au/campaign-planning/planning-tools/test-your-creative
