Help My blog redirects to http://www.xxxxxx.com/wp-admin/install.php

can ddos attack cause this

I did, and they said that the site will come back in an hour, that it exceeded the mysql limit. and the error above is what is in my error log

here is the site http://www.naijaxclusive.com, the site is scattered cause there this is the 4th time, am trying to rebuild it, and it still redirects.

i tried to upload my posts the first time, over 2000 posts, and it redirects, then i decided to start again, and i reached 200 posts, and the redirection starts again. am confused. here. pls need help. i dont know anything about mysqlquery limit, a newbie at this

So i have to upgrade, the MySQL limit. I checked this post
