Help Modifying My Cart Page

We are using WooCommerce for a very simple site with only a few items. We don’t want to use the regular grid product showcase. The perfect screen for us would be the /cart page which is displayed normally after someone adds products and clicks on view cart.
Instead of having individual products and categories, when someone clicks on order online, we just want them to go to the /cart page, but have all products in the system displayed. From this page, the person can then add quantities and check out.
It seems that all the elements are there, the only thing I can’t figure out is how to make it so that it displays all products and start the quantity at zero every time.
Does anyone know what modifications to the code I need to make in order to accomplish this?
