# Help me understand the “From”

 * Why does this plugin insist on “The email address used in this field should be
   an address belonging to the same domain as the site. Otherwise, it can increase
   the likelihood of being treated as spam.” This makes no sense – why would a customer
   email us from our domain. We want the emails to come from them.
