 * SO, I’m new to this entire thing, I’m starting a blog with a friend and we are
   totally lost.
    I’m hosting via bluehost, but i have no idea what to do next. 
   no idea how to open wordpress or do anything! please help me!

 * As WpErcom said, try on the Official WordPress Install Guide. After you’ve installed
   the WordPress CMS on your server, these are the first steps:
    **1.**Go to _yoursite.
   com/wp-login.php_ ( Insert your username and password ); **2.**If you didn’t 
   already setup the _Title_ and the _Description_ of your website when you’ve installed
   the WordPress, you can go to: Admin Dashboard ( left side menu ) -> Settings -
   > General -> [Site Title & Tagline] **3.**Usually, the first design of your new
   WordPress installation will be the _Twenty Seventeen_ theme. You can change this
   theme with a new one ( free or paid template ) by going on the Dashboard menu(
   left side ) -> Appearance -> Themes -> Add New [Add your new theme].
