I dont know about anyone else but I cant tell what it is you are looking to do from that image.

I want to “create” a box (3/4) with images (that link to an article or news) with descriptions.

There is no such plugin.
It is doable with a carefully designed theme. Look around if you can find anything close to it:
http://themes.wordpress.net
and if you find something, start modifying it. You will need some custom coding to get the desired effect(s).

Hey there.
Basically, just show 5 posts in a loop, each formatted in in a div according to the size you want, with excerpts I think (I doubt the examples are showing the full text, though I can’t read them.)
Then, just float each div :right. Not sure how to get that last one colored different since I dont know WHY it’s colored different in the example. I see it’s a video – if that’s the reason perhaps you can put all video’s in a category that you can be creative in the theme to color different?
Anyway, I’m sure there’s a ton of different ways to do it, but that’s the direction I’d start off in, if I were doing it.

They are not videos but some images with text without category.
