help me displaying category without link

excueme me, I.m newbie. please help me how to displaying category name without link.

example, in blog post at http://jamtangan.in/casio/glx-150/
I have this post title is “GLX-150”.
I want to change it to “casio gshock GLX-150”

“gshock” is the name of the category in which there is a post titled “GLX-150”
