    i know its called “simple” lightbox but i really want to keep using it.. other plugins just doesn’t work as great as this for me..

    i want to add comments and a like button on the light box.. i want them to be linked to the attachment page not the post..

    can you help me do this? i tried but it wasn’t as simple as editing the post page.. :/

    a simple code to pull the attachment page link on the lightbox is good enough for me.. ill just try to make it work…

    SLB 2.0 has been rebuilt from the ground up to allow for add-ons that make customizations like this possible.

    Tutorials on customizing the lightbox in SLB will be available following the official release of SLB 2.0.

    Well, it might still take some time for the official release. Maybe you can help me on this, which would probably be simple for you, but complicated for me who is no programmer.

    I was using Share My Gallery plugin earlier, which added Social sharing buttons to the Simple Lightbox that opens Nextgen images. Beautiful, and example below, just click on one of the thumbnails.

    However, this plugin rode on the Alt or Description of the image. So this no longer works with Lightbox Ver 2 since there is no longer an option to disable title and just select description or alt. This plugin works for most lightboxes. Simple Lightbox is no longer like most of the other lightbox that still has this option, Simple lightbox gives no control to admin anymore except to make sure the Title is set elsewhere.

    Now I was looking at this other plugin, smart of the developer to just use Add To Any Share buttons on the image, saved him the trouble of creating his own.

    My question now is how to add this to simple Lightbox, which program to edit ? It is Add to Any’s Share code for WordPress posts:

    if( class_exists(‘Add_to_Any_Subscribe_Widget’) ) { Add_to_Any_Subscribe_Widget::display(); }
