 * I went to add a plug in because I downloaded woo commerce to try and use it but
then all of a sudden this screen appeared and now I can’t escape it, can’t see
any of my site any more just this screen of nonsense!

 * You need to delete the WooCommerce plugin. If you can’t access your admin pages,
you’ll need to use an [FTP client](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients) (like
FileZilla), or your host’s cPanel (or File Manager) and navigate to the plugin
   on the server.
 * In your WP installation there, find `wp-content/plugins` and delete the WooCommerce
plugin folder. Hopefully that should allow you to get back into WP admin.
 * If this isn’t something you’re comfortable doing yourself, your web-host support
would probably do this for you, or at least help you set up FTP access. Most
of them also have help docs to walk you through how to use both FTP (or SFTP)
   and their FIle Manager.

 * Thanks Bill, this was a massive help
 * I went into FileZilla and deleted woo commerce then also into the control panel
of 000webhost and also deleted woo commerce.
 * I am now back into WP admin and I’m very happy!
 * Could you please advise the correct way to install the woo commerce plug in on
my site so I don’t have the repeat of the same situation?
 * Thankyou

 * I’m glad you got that worked out!
 * There shouldn’t be anything special to do to install the plugin. Usually you
can just use the WP admin plugins panel (Plugins > Add New) to install and activate
it. You may want to try first disabling other plugins and trying again with WC,
now that you know how to fix it. If it works, start activating the other plugins
one at a time to see if one causes a conflict.
 * If you have trouble again, go to the [WooCommerce support forum](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce#postform)
and explain to them what’s going on. They should be able to help with this. They’re
the best ones to ask in this case. Good luck!

 * > got the same message,
 * – What is that message?
 * – Also, check the error logs on your server for a more specific error message.
If you need help locating them, ask your hosting provider to help you with that.

 * When I go to your site now, every page has a popup ad for free hosting. Worse,
every page loads a pop-under window telling me to install ‘required’ java software(
java is notorious for security holes) and ‘required’ flashplayer that is obviously
not the Adobe dialog window. You should ask your hosting company about these.
They may be interfering with your site’s proper functioning and/or security.
If they are required by your host, I’d find a better one if I were you.
