HELP IS THIS THEME and THEMESWARE A SCAM??? Undelivered Theme

5 days ago, I purchased Themesware’s Delight Spa Pro for $39.99. I got the reciept over paypal, transaction went through, and another notice that said: order complete…. YET THEY NEVER GAVE ME ANY KIND OF ACCESS TO THE THEME I PURCHASED!!! I did not get any other email accept for the receipt and transaction confirmation email and another email that was a “Welcome To Themesware” email with my account and username. NEITHER email has any kind of link or download with the theme I purchased.

When I go to their site http://themesware.com/ and login to my account, there is no tab or location for me to access the theme. I can visit the My Account tab and view my order details, but there is again NO ACCESS TO THE THEME.

When I go to the theme’s page while logged in: http://themesware.com/product/delight-spa/ it doesn’t register that I purchased it already, does not provide a download button, and in fact asks me if I want to purchase it again.

I thought the theme might show up in my WordPress admin dashboard like other themes I have downloaded and installed, but in my themes tab, it still has just the free download version and asks me to buy the pro version (which I already did).

I have emailed their customer support and the developer several times at swapnildsahare@gmail.com, support@themesware.com, and even included screen shots, and I have not heard anything back from them in 5 days.

At this point, I don’t know what to do accept report them as a scam and cancel the card transaction through my credit card company.
