 * I would guess that the username and password are correct, but the mysql user 
   does not have sufficient permissions to do anything with the database. Check 
   those details first, perhaps contacting your host if you need to.

 * As loughcorrib suggests, the problem is connecting to the MySQL server. So or
   the username or password are incorrect. Check your hosting provider info to connect.

 * Normally indicates you are using a password/name however it is incorrect. You
   can also login to cp you should be able to access username/password FOR DB from
   panel in web configuration settings.
