# HELP !! installation issue

 * I am first time installing the WordPress. I created the database and and run 
   in installation after first step (asking for blog name and email id) and in second
   step its just showed the wordpress logo when i refresh came up with database 
   upgrade. Idid now i checked in the tables. Some tables are created with “wp_options”
   table with 55 records !! no other contains data.
 * please help
 * i should use lower version for installation ??? iam using 2.7.1

 * Whether or not the tables appear to contain data is not relevant. Is WP working?
   If not, what is not working? What can’t you do?
 * You should definitely use 2.7.1

 * it was hosting problem, i changed hosting and inte installed succesfully
