# Help in creating wp content folder

 * hope you can help me with this issue. i installed the plugin and activated it
   like usual, but there is an error showing
 * [Please create ‘wp-content/usersultramedia’ folder with 0755 attribute.]
 * I tried look through the documentation and support forums but cant seem to find
   the solution for this. Hope someone can enlighten me.

 * That’s not an error message but a warning message. The plugin is telling you 
   that you need to create that folder which will be used to store all the pictures
   uploaded by the users.
 * You can create the “usersultramedia” by using any ftp client.
 * Please let me know if you need help to create that folder.

 * A new version has been updated. We’ve added an option to create the upload folder
   automatically through the Users Ultra Dashboard.
 * Please let me know if that fixes the issue.

 * yes yes, i upload the latest version and it can create the folder successfully
   and easily,just by one click.

   redirected to the dashboard and nothing changes. Do you know why this is happening
