Help! I cannot even login to my WP – “warning” MSGs?

    Please help. Every since I tried adding code to a text box in my widgets file, this error shows up. Not to mention I cannot even login to WordPress dashboard to remove the code..? I need to know how to login to WP?? Also, since this is in my sidebar, if I uploaded a clean “sidebar’ file through my hosting company, would this mess the blog up? Would it break the blog? I need help!!!
