How to insert a contact form on each post within a certain category

    I want to set wordpress or a plugin to automatically insert a contact form on each post within a certain category.

    The form should insert the appropriate email address for each contact from.

    I.e Business listing – Company A

    When a user clicks on it they are sent to a unique contact form for that company.
