Help! Home page not displaying correctly in IE

I have looked through the documentation on this issue and can’t seem to find the answer. I am not a highly skilled HTML or CSS guy so I am just hoping someone can help me. I don’t think it’s too difficult of a situation, but I might be wrong.

My site, http://opendoorstudentministries.com displays correctly all around in Firefox, but the home page will not display correctly in Internet Explorer. I really don’t like IE and don’t use it, but some of the users of the site might.

I did do some manual coding of images and a google calendar, which I think is causing the messup. Any help?
