-lobster  (for the sub category a tag <a href="#lobster">lobster</a> i want the link look like this
-salmon (<a href="#salmon">salmon</a>)
-tuna (<a href="#tuna">tuna</a>)
meat
-chicken
-pork
-beef

i try everything all night still can't figure out how, please help
