 * Hi–I’m in need of an extremely simply plugin and can’t find it. Here’s what I
   need it to do. Have a plugin settings page with a browse/upload area to upload
   an image (or multiple image spots if you want). Once the image (or images) is
   uploaded, it’ll serve that image wherever on your template you’ve added a little
   snippet of PHP.
 * I need this for the sake of the user. They have 3 images on their homepage that
   have quite a bit of CSS styling and want the ability to change them out regularly.
   I thought a simple plugin settings page with 3 browse/upload fiels for them to
   update the pictures would be the easiest solution, but I can’t seem to find a
   plugin that just does this.
