Help Fatal error and blank dashboard

Help!

I was not able to access my site or login to my /wp-admin site at all, there was an error about as “Fatal error: Name server”

I managed to find a restore so now the site is up however I still can’t access my dashboard, all i get is a white screen

When i access a web page but am logged in, I now get this new message:

Any ideas? Have I been hacked?
