# Help!! Domain pointing

 * Hello, my wordpress is at [http://www.inlanddrift.com/idrift](http://www.inlanddrift.com/idrift)
   
   I was using Pyrmont v2
 * except it wont access it. heres what happend….
 * It was ready to go public and i wanted to point it to the original domain, [http://www.inlanddrift.com](http://www.inlanddrift.com)
   but for some reason it wouldnt do it. So, I went into the settings section in
   the wordpress back end….and i changed the part where it said “blog address” which
   was oringinally [http://www.inlanddrift.com/idrift](http://www.inlanddrift.com/idrift).
   I changed it to say [http://www.inlanddrift.com](http://www.inlanddrift.com)
 * now i get Internal Server Error – Read
 * The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to
   complete your request.

 * and when i try to log into the administrative end of it, i get the same error,
   so now I don’t know how to get into the administrative end to fix the domain.

 * actually when i go to the admin page it takes me to the log in screen, but it
   looks all messed up and when i enter the password is when it takes me to the 
   error message.

 * Consider using [phpMyAdmin](http://codex.wordpress.org/phpMyAdmin) to make sure
   your `wp_options` table has the correct values in `siteurl` and `home`.
 * `siteurl` is your WordPress address (URL) and `home` is your Blog Address (URL).

 * ok yeah i changed the site url, from [http://www.inlanddrift.com/idrift](http://www.inlanddrift.com/idrift)
   to [http://www.inlanddrift.com](http://www.inlanddrift.com) and i can’t get into
   the admin anymore….

 * Not sure if you are still asking a question, or that you are going to try the
   solution I mentioned.

 * Your WordPress url and blog url need to be set to _where your WordPress actually
   is_, or else you will break your site.
