  • Anybody can help me please? My customer couldn’t check out via paypal on my website and got the following error message:
    “The link you have used to enter the PayPal system contains an incorrectly formatted item amount.”
    Looks fine on my ecommerce -> shipping settings.
    Please help.

    First, identify what ecommerce plugin you are using and then post in that plugin’s dedicated forum via its page in the Plugin Repository.

    ocCommerce Frameworkv1.4.5 and WordPress 3.5.1.
    I’m sorry. I’m new and the person who did the website for me has no customer service. I’m trying to figure this out on my own but I’m lost. I have no experience at all.

    Since you do not appear to be using an ecommerce plugin, you need to post on an ocCommerce Framework forum.
