# Help! Crazy database error

 * Hi – A user who is on a Mac running Safari
    Version 2.0.4 brought this error 
   to my attention: [http://etsyglass.com/screenshot_011.jpg](http://etsyglass.com/screenshot_011.jpg)–
   I don’t see it in Firefox or IE. What is this? Does anyone know how I can fix
   it?

 * Errno 13 is something to do with your database on the server – generally your
   host needs to handle this. Try a search on google for more specifics; can’t remember
   exactly what it means in more detail.
