    Hi,

I have created a nice template using the basic template, and im thinking i should back it up just in case.

    Where is it saved?

And secondly is there a way to change the font?

    Thanks

    Hello!

The template it is saved in the database, if you want i can tell you exactly where but you would need to get access to your site’s database in order to get the information. An import/export function is in the todo list btw.

Regarding the font this is also in the to do list, please have in mind though that the custom font feature is going to be released for the full version only.

    Regards!

    Ok thanks for the reply.

So if and when I update the plugin? It won’t mess up the template?

If you can tell me how to find it in the database just in case, I have access to it.

I’m still testing the plugin in, so far so good, providing it works over the next couple of weeks I’ll buy the full version.

    Thanks

    Great,

no, the update shouldn’t mess the template. You can find it in the table {your_site_prefix}_rednao_wc_invoice. The prefix depends on your sites configuration but by default is wp (so the table name would be wp_rednao_wc_invoice).

    Regards!

    Perfect, thanks for that.

    Another question, unrelated.

Iv noticed its not generating a different address if the customer chooses to ship to a different address from the billing address.

I have tried both All Billing and All Shipping and it produces the same address even though on the order its different?

Any way of getting this working now?

Yup, sorry for that that is a bug that i introduced in the latest release, i already have the fix but i need to finish some stuffs first before releasing it. It is going to be released either today or tomorrow

    Hi,

Any news on an update yet?

I also found another bug, when creating the invoice, it dates it on the dat you create the invoice, not the actual order date.

So i like to process the weekend orders on Monday, it dates it as Monday rather than the date of Saturday for example.

Do you have a fix for this?

    Thanks

    Hello!

Sorry, i only deployed the fix to the full version but forgot to update the free version.
I just did it. I also added an ‘Order Date’ field that you can use instead of the ‘Invoice Date’ that would display the information that you want.

    Regards!

Its totally broken now, and my template is damaged, only half the template i created is there, the other fields have all been deleted.

And the order date is not showing still.

Is this all definitely working in the premium version? I dont want to upgrade to find its still broken.

And the template builder is also not working, dragging fields is not showing the guidelines, and only moves when the mouse button is released so aligning is impossible.

Apologies, please ignore my previous 2 messages, i have managed to fix it with a reinstall and a restore of my backup.

I will test for a few days and if its all working and get back to you.

    Thanks

Got it, maybe after the update your browser was still using the previous js files (sometimes the browsers cache the files). And that is why it was broken clearing the browser cache or reinstalling completely (like you did) can fix these kind of issues.
