Okay I read this article http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions but it doesn’t make any sense to me. I must have read it about 30 times. basically what this is saying I have to change the permission when I install wordpress? Also am I suppose to change the permission in the editor part? And one more thing I didn’t see anything that involved the pictures, and if it did I didn’t know what part of the article it was!

You need to use FTP to look at and change file permissions on the server – http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients

Ask your hosting company for help with setting up FTP – the access info isn’t the same as your WP site.

You have to change your file and folder permissions at your server. Your hosting provider may help you if you cannot do it yourself.

Try changing permissions for wp-content directory to 766. If you still have errors, try 767, 775 or 777. Once you can upload images, change permission for wp-content back to 755 and check if everything still works fine.

    Thanks again

Okay thank you so much for your guys help I was able to resolve the issue. I contacted a representative from my webhosting provider, and I had to change the webhosting from Windows to Linux. I was told that this was going to shut down my website for about 72 hours and I would not be able to edited within 24 hours. Now that I made the change I hope this will fix the issue. Thanks again for your guys help I wouldn’t be able to figure this out without you guys,
