Help, can’t get AdBrite to run

  • My blog is Table for Five, version 2.1.2, 3K2 theme. I can not get my AdBrite code to run. I have tried putting it in sidebar.php, I’ve tried putting it into a sidebar text widget, and I’ve tried doing both at the same time.

Is anyone else running AdBrite and if so, where do you have your code?? I called AdBrite, and the support lady on the phone could not tell me where the code went. I’d really appreciate help with this!

  • Er, I am not sure I understood you.

You must chose where to insert the HTML code for your adbrite banner, simply.

Go to your WP-admin, chose Presentation, theme editor, and then select what place you are going to insert the code, in the column called “theme files”. Typically, that can be :
    – in the header
    – in the sidebar
    – in the template for a post (heavily not recommended that is too aggressive)

Right, I chose an AdBrite 120×600 skyscraper, and I put the code they gave me into sidebar theme file, and there is nothing there. Thought maybe I did something wrong.
