HELP: Can’t customise my page

    Hi all!

    I have not updated my site for a while and today when I am trying to edit the contents on my page and I go into the “customise” page, the page shows up blank so I can’t seem to edit anything?

    When I click customise page it takes me to a new page and the chrome table shows “Customer: Loading…” and the rest of the page is blank

    Does anyone know what is happening and how I fix it? (

    Hi @shaunmahau

    This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles. If you can install plugins, install and activate “Health Check”: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ It will add some additional features under the menu item under Tools > Site Health. On its troubleshooting tab, you can Enable Troubleshooting Mode. This will disable all plugins, switch to a standard WordPress theme (if available), allow you to turn your plugins on and off and switch between themes, without affecting normal visitors to your site. This allows you to test for various compatibility issues.     Hi @amieiro

    Thanks for your help! I have deactivated all the plugins and changed the theme to Twenty and it still doesnt work..

    I have downloaded the “Health Check” plugin and gone into troubleshooting mode and still no luck…

    Not sure what I should do next?

    So you have a WordPress without plugins and a Twenty-* theme and your main page is empty. It is weird. Can you send us the main URL (don’t send any credentials)?

    Hi @amieiro – what do you mena main URL? Just the website link?
