# Help! Can't Upload Theme

 * Hi.
 * I successfully downloaded the Natural-Responsive theme but am unable to upload
   it to WordPress. I clicked the Upload button, browsed for the zip folder (35 
   MB) on my computer and clicked the Install Now button. It just cycles for a long
   while and then I’m presented with a message box that asks whether I want to do
   this with a link to try again. I have tried repeatedly to upload it following
   this procedure with the same result. Any advice? I’ve tried using both IE and
   Firefox.

 * Have you tried to unzip that archive?, I think that is a premium theme, and the
   installable theme is inside.

 * Upload the theme manually and extract it to your theme folder through your File
   transfer protocol(FTP).This procedure usually works but there might b several
   other reasons such as the theme which you are uploading might be corrupted have
   you tried to upload any other theme?Try updating your word press too.

 * Thanks so much for your responses. I finally was able to upload the theme successfully
   by using the cPanel in my hosting environment. I’m a newbie to WordPress so I
   appreciate your help. Thanks.
