HELP: Can WP costumer reviews "form" be made responsive? | WordPress.org

Hello, First I should say this is a great plug-in and I’m very satisfied with it. With that said is there a way to make the form for submitting reviews responsive so that mobile users can also leave reviews?

I’ve read a few tutorials about this subject but nothing has work.

Update: The css suggested in the link above does work! And works every good I might add.

I was making a small mistake when editing the file thus causing my original css script not to work.
