    hi dear
    That means anyone can file request, and everyone else can see this request, and it requested to upload files.
    both What members of site and non-members
    and Naming and search systems that exist that can do:
    If the requested file exists on database tell and if it does not identify by a standard name the standard request. So be prevented from uploading duplicate files

    We do not have any systems in place that would prevent duplicate files to be uploaded but typically it is not a problem as WordPress handles duplicate files really well already by postfixing any duplicates with -2.
