help – a plugin to choose which pages/blog posts my widgets are displayed on?

  • Hey, I am not sure if this exists in wordpress, (I couldn’t find anything) but I played around with joomla for a while, and on there you could choose which mods (widgets) were displayed on which page and it was very flexible.

I am wondering if there is a plugin for wordpress which gives you the ability to choose which pages/blog posts etc I want a certain sidebar widget on and also which pages/blog posts I don’t want that same widget on?

do you understand? maybe this is a coding issue, but I was thinking that would take a long time to edit different sidebars for each page etc.

I hope someone out there has some insight into this, and can help me.

    thanks in advance!
