 * Hi, I’m not getting emails, even the test email does not work. Even it is not
   displayed in postman email log. Can you check on my site?

 * Are you using a third-party email sending service, like via an SMTP plugin? Are
   you able to check the logs in that plugin to see if the email is trying to send?

 * Does the site have any issues sending normal emails, like when a new user registers?
 * Unfortunately we’re not allowed to provide on-site support via the WordPress.
   org forums but we will try and help as best we can 🙂
