   for clients with the help of free plugins and themes from WordPress respiratory
   to earn money?

 * Nope. The only restriction is that you cannot claim credit for any code that 
   you’ve not written. And if you distribute that code from here (modified or not)
   then you must make sure that you do so following the GPL license for that code.
