Likely “On Popup Open”, when what you really wanted was to set the cookie when the form was submitted. That’s probably it. I don’t seem to be able to set the cookies right – I tried following the forum posts but I got even more confused. Let me see if I can map out what I need – * So when visitor comes to the site the pop-up opens. You need to create a Manual JS cookie then set it on form submit. * The second link Walt posted above has the info you need for this.
