 * Ok So I changed my config.php file as instructed then I uploaded the folder to
   my server via ftp clicked on te insall link an this was my result

 * I was never sent to a log in or anything …what next??

 * one of the primary [requirements](http://wordpress.org/about/requirements/) for
   running WordPress is PHP. Based on the above, I’d suggest your server either 
   doesn’t have PHP installed or it is quite misconfigured.
