This is a site issue – not a plugin one. Try increasing the memory available to PHP.

Is there a way to get into the back end of the wordpress site to deactivate a plugin?

I can’t make any changes to wordpress, it only gives the error code. Is there anyway to get into wordpress?

This happened as soon as I activated e-commerce.

Did you try reading the page at the link I posted above?

I did but unfortunately, i’ve been on hold with Network Solutions for 1.5 hrs and they want to schedule a time to fix it next week. My website is down and not sure what to do.

OK, I was able to go into my ftp and delete the whole e-commerce file which allowed the site to work.
