 * I have not yet completed my blog and i published it by mistake. What do I do 
   to unpublish it.

 * A quick fix is to install a plug-in like [Maintenance Mode](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/maintenance-mode/)
   and set the site to be under maintenance. As long as you’re logged in you’ll 
   be able to see the site, but no one else can. Not sure if this is 3.1.1-compatible,
   but you can try it.
