 * I have been left fixing a website i didnt build with very miminal knowledge, 
   I am having a problem where on my theme I cant find where to change the titles
   of the moving bar – see the home page on getc.co.uk
 * and also in IE6 it is putting a blue box around images which i am told is ie6
   issue but code can stop it. I think I have found the code but need help on where

 * any help would be brilliant!!
