WP.org does not offer phone support or anything like that. Depending on your needs, you could post a request at https://jobs.wordpress.net, or there may be a WordPress users group in your location; try checking sites like Meetup.com or Craigslist.

first issue: the theme panoramic has a banner on the top of the blog. the banner includes a description of the theme. i want the blog banner to be about me, how do I change it?
Just to clarify, you’re referring to the part where the demo site says “Beautiful. Simple. Fresh. Panoramic is a stunning new theme…”, correct? You can edit that text by going to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Header Image and putting new text in the box labeled “Text”. I would also advise selecting a new header image in the same section, as it turns out the default image of flowers also includes the “Beautiful. Simple. Fresh.” text.

You could edit the font size with some custom CSS:
.header-image .overlay {
font-size: 24px;
}
An easy way to add custom CSS is to install the Jetpack plugin and activate the Custom CSS module. You’ll then add your custom CSS in the new stylesheet editor that’ll appear in your dashboard, under Appearance > Edit CSS.
A custom CSS editor is also included in the Customizer as of WordPress 4.7.
As alternatives, you could either install a standalone custom CSS plugin, or create a child theme.

under customize: site identity- is there a way to make that image smaller? I’ve seen other blogs where the logo is the a 2×2 in pic. mine is the whole screen!
Just to clarify, are you referring to how the logo appears in the Customizer itself, or how the logo appears on your site? And incidentally, can you post a link to your site?
