Hello, world page seen although I've deleted sample page and post

I have published two posts and made two pages. When I go to my website: http://www.elkrivernaturals.com, I still see the ‘hello world’ page. I have already deleted the sample page and sample post. When I click on the sidebar “recent posts” I am directed to a page that says something like ‘this is embarrasing, we can’t find what you are loooking for’. This page shows my specified header information and shows my posts to the left on the sidebar under recent posts.
Why can’t I get rid of the ‘hello world’ page?
