Hello webhook not working

Hello dear the coinbase-for-woocommerce that is not working webhook
i have tried everything and i checked coinbase setting that says http 200

and i have make a paid

after make a payment and completed the paid

webhook not move the users to the webhook for ?rest_route=/ccfwc/v1/complete-payment

also we need to make a setting to other website ?rest_route=/ccfwc/v1/complete-payment i can’t change it from WordPress for example i would like to webhook like
http://www.example.com/state.php and i make my self setting here

webhook should move the users to webhook or other way but the completed sit at same page
