    Thanks for downloading and using SpectrOM DB Cleanup. We at SpectrOM Technologies appreciate your interest and hope you find the plugin useful. We want to make sure you get the most out of the product and want to set some expectations:

    We do not monitor this forum on a daily basis. We do a weekly check of the WordPress.org forum on Fridays between 10am to 12pm PST (UTC -8). This means you may not get a reply to your post for 7-10 days. Please set your expectations accordingly. Daily support and issue reports are handled via our GitHub repository here: https://github.com/spectrom/spectrom-db-cleanup/issues.

    Our main priority on this forum is finding (and killing) bugs. You are welcome to mention enhancements or specific theme issues, so you can communicate with other users who may have suggestions they’re willing to share. Our support team may address these if there is existing documentation we can point you to on the subject, or a past forum thread with a resolution that may be of value. But we cannot help everyone here.

    To maintain some organization in this forum we will mark older, inactive threads as RESOLVED. If you posted a thread more than a month ago and came back to find it marked “Resolved”, feel free to re-open your issue if it is still active.
